How do I use the Salt Brush?

  • The salt brush is a really cool way to add white speckles in your color :)

  • The brush itself doesn't have any color, think of it more as a smudge tool than a brush.

  • Use it by dragging your pencil from a white or transparent surface onto your color.

How can I make the ends of my watercolor brushes 'pointy':

  • You can tweak the brushes to better suit your personal preferences, but keep in mind I'm not responsible for the results you get after playing with the brush settings.

  • To add pointier ends, double-tap on a brush and adjust the taper size option:

* You need an Apple Pencil for this to work properly *
